Spring flu

After long winter also comes all different types of flu and spring fatigue. Because of that it is very important to be in shape and take care of your health.

There is three things that is for must do…

  1. Recreation of any kind, walking, running, use stares not elevators
  2. Eat a lots of vitamins, fruits, vegetables in huge amount
  3. And avoid visit people that is sick, unless that is necessary

Take care and be happy, because everything comes from inside.
